In your conversations and reflections, try replacing "but" with "yes, and”. For example, instead of saying "I would like to go to the gym, but I don't have time," say "I would like to go to the gym, and I can find time by adjusting my schedule."

2- Learn to delegate and trust:

Identify a task that you find difficult to delegate for fear that it won't be done your way. Let someone else take care of it and observe the result. Accept that it may be different, but that it does not necessarily lead to failure.
